Clubhouses and Houses Associates aim to promote well-being, productivity, and community. The Houses are located near the Clubhouses and provide full access to the amenities.

Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, and spa , areas of coworking and meeting rooms, lounge and social rooms, as well as services such as concierge and cleaning and exclusive events.

The advantages of investing include full ownership of the property without restrictions, flexible use with access to hotel services for one day to one year, and a rental yield that can reach + 6% net income.

The investment model (Pool Revenue) offers two options:

1. Option 1 (Fixed Return): 4% per year for 5 years, converting to variable thereafter. Allows up to 14 days of stay per year.
2. Option 2 (Variable Return): +6% Offers complete freedom of stay. Revenue is split 50/50 between the owner and the operator.

Club Ando Living is a global community that provides comfort and authenticity, offering vouchers annual fees for stays at other Clubhouses, events, and networking international, promoting a balance between business and leisure.
